Kingsway is a luxury residence in the Baronetcy Estate in Plattekloof. The primary aim of the design is to fully capitalize on the site's most valuable asset: the iconic view of Table Mountain. By carefully positioning the outdoor terrace, we were able to not only create a seamless indoor-outdoor transition, but also "frame" this view, drawing attention to it from every living space in the home. The entertainment as well as private spaces each enjoy their own unique section of the 180° views towards the mountians, city, ocean and Robben Island.
