A new office building on the Cape Road vehicular artery connecting the CBD to the suburban commercial hubs. Street exposure is maximised by utilising the entire width of the site. The large monolithic structure is brought down to a human scale by using a variation of coloured blocks and steps in the façade. Neighbouring property lines are picked up on either sides in order to maintain the continuous streetscape of the area.
