A conversion of two existing private residences into a shared office space for the future, 174 Cape Road functions entirely independent of the municipal power grid through its array of solar voltaic panels. As a respectful nod to the history and heritage, the existing portions of the buildings were carefully restored, while the new construction was distinctly expressed as plain, contrasting elements.
